Clear Housing’s Substance Misuse Service is currently working with around 300 plus individuals with a drug and / or alcohol problem who wish to do something positive about their addiction. The Substance Misuse Service aims to reduce harm associated with substance misuse and assist service users to reduce their use of drugs and alcohol and to improve their social circumstances and opportunities. Work with those who have recently undertaken detoxification, substitute prescribing and provide non-clinical support. Develop integrated partnership with clinical services and access local services and specialist services.
